Your car is made up of more than 60 000 parts, and we know absolutely everything about them. Would you like your car to be 100% original? We offer genuine spare parts that meet technical standards and are carefully tested at the manufacturer's factory, and they will fit your car perfectly. With us you get a combination of quality and attractive prices.

Subaru service intervals are 15 000 km or 12 months, which is relatively frequent compared with other brands. We are convinced that frequent and regular maintenance is the best way to look after our cars. Periodic, regular maintenance will extend the life of your car. Subaru engineers in Japan developed an engine design used by only two car manufacturers. In other words, there is no car quite like a Subaru! During every service visit we always make sure that:

• Software updates are installed
• All product recalls are carried out
• The correct parts, oils and fluids are used
• The service book is stamped and the maintenance schedule is followed

Below is a summary of our warranty packages. All warranty terms can be found in the vehicle owner's manual or at your nearest authorised Subaru dealer.

Every new Subaru comes with a 5-year (or 100 000 km, whichever comes first) new car warranty, as well as a 12-year anti-corrosion warranty. The new car warranty is valid throughout Europe. A three-year (or 100 000 km, whichever comes first) warranty applies to Subaru genuine parts and accessories.

For our electric cars we also offer Subaru Safe. It is an extended warranty activated with each service for longer peace of mind – up to 10 years or 200 000 km, provided the car is serviced at an authorised Subaru service centre.

A flat tyre, damaged keys or a technical hitch on the road. Various situations can arise where you cannot continue your journey and your car needs help. By calling the assistance hotline you can get support around the clock, 365 days a year. Assistance is provided whether you are on your way to the shop or travelling across Europe (the countries where assistance is available are listed in the booklet supplied with the car).
Assistance is available for 36 months from the date of registration.
This assistance is useful if your car has damage or technical problems that prevent you from continuing your journey.
In most cases, Subaru technical support staff will fix the car on the spot. If that is not possible, the car will be taken to the nearest authorised Subaru service centre. Depending on the problem and the specific date, we will offer a courtesy car or a hotel. We will take care of any problem.
