Service advisor / vehicle reception specialist
Salary
from 1 700 € gross
Duties:
- Receive vehicles for service and agree the work to be done with the customer
- Monitor the vehicle repair process and its completion
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all customer service documents
- Advise customers on and actively offer service products and services
- Active involvement in improving the company’s internal processes
Requirements for candidates:
- Technical education and knowledge of vehicle engineering
- Interest in working and developing in the automotive industry
- An active, positive person focused on customers and results
- Good Latvian and Russian; conversational English
- Ability and willingness to communicate with customers and colleagues
- Good sales skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Accuracy, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure

- Install vehicle security systems

- Skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the position
- Very good technical English
- Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex technical problems
- Ability to work with modern information technology
- Respect for the vehicles entrusted to you
- Category B driving licence
